"Display last refresh time" on dashboards

Getting an Error when applying the "Display last refresh time" on dashboards. "Something went wrong. Failed to update tile. Please try again later. Please try again later or contact support. if you contact support, please provide these details..." I've been getting this message for 3 days now. When I try to "Create a Support Ticket", the PBI site takes me in circles never actually getting to any sort of ticketing page... Please help!
