Since Copilot is available for F64 and more , but is really usefull, we could provide a "Copilot dedicated capacity" to link to workspace.
Customer could be able to choose the right size of "Copilot dedicated capacity" for his needs (and his cost) and link to specific WS.

SCENARIO:
Customer has several workspace with mid size model and would like to provide Copilot to CXO
F64 has no fit from cost perspective, since copilot usage is limited to few interaction to CXO
SOLUTION:
Customer purchase additional FX capacity as "Copilot dedicated capacity".
It will assign this copilot dedicated capacity to CXO's workspace.
Copilot usage will not have production impact (since CU are used from other capacity)
OUTCOME:
CXO leverage copilot reinforcing Microsoft TRUST
Increased satisfaction for Middle managemnet, since intruduced modern capabiliy with controlled and adjustable cost
Increased revenue for MSFT
