Add OAuth support for Data Gateway. Purpose is to allow someone to utilize the Office 365 group they deploy a data set to to also source excel or other source files. The need for a data gateway is some data-sets may combine the source files on the O365 site and another data source from on premise, liked through ODBC.

This would also be helpful for me as I currently have to use a Service Account but our ADFS configuration makes this hard as the service account needs to own the data set configuration.
