need a feature to limit the alert to be sent once/twice a day instead on sending the alert once per hour

This would be a great feature, especially for Power BI use cases. It would be helpful if the refresh interval from the semantic model could be configured to run frequently (e.g., once per hour, as is already possible), but with an additional option to limit activations to a maximum of one per day. It would also be nice to have configuration of when the trigger is reset (for example, at 3 a.m.). This would address scenarios where end users want to be alerted quickly when a change occurs in a Power BI report, without being spammed by hourly alerts.
