move content between worspaces

I need to move some content I created in my personal workspace to a group workspace to support collaboration. A "Copy to workspace" command in the ellipsis menu would be ideal.

    I think the ability to do this and also for a report/dashboard to be downloadable to Power BI desktop would be incredibly useful
