minimize Reserved name time

After you have deleted an item from a workspace the name still exist in the backend. Therefore you caan not create a new item with the same name, even if this is of a differen type. For instance after deleting a lakehouse named XY1 u can not create a warehouse named XY1. Only after a long timeout periond. Request is to minimive the reservation time no be less than 1 minute of even 0 minutes.
