This is a basic feature in Excel pivot tables that is widely used. Why isn't it available in Power BI pivot tables?

I think this is basic feature that help user be easier to view the data table, make it to be looked better. And this is already on Excel but long not be able on Power BI.

Repeating the row labels in a matrix like you can in a pivot table with:
Design
Report Layout
Repeat all Item Labels
The workaround is to create a new column that combines the desired fields. But the same functionality as the Excel Pivot table would be a better solution.

I think this is basic and easy to incorporate feature for Power BI development team.
It will improve the readability of the visual a lot, especially when the number of rows is high.
