map compoenent should allows multiple level of details, like country, state city and finally zipcodes

if I try to display by postal code its too big, the system cant display all the information. so having multiple layer on the map will be great, we start with the world and the countryies, when the user zoom in we display the data for the visible states only, then the cities and finally the postal code, so the user will always have relevant and visible information at all the lvels.
