Please add a "Lock Visual" feature in Power BI Desktop that allows users to lock the position and size of charts, tables, cards, images, and other report elements. This would prevent accidental movement or resizing while designing reports — similar to the functionality available in Microsoft Excel.
Ideally, this could be implemented with:
A right-click option: Lock/Unlock
A toggle in the Selection Pane
An optional global lock mode for design/layout security
This feature would improve report development stability and is especially useful for complex layouts, dashboard grids, and collaborative environments.
