[ issue/BUG ] Data visible in Power Query DOES NOT equal the data visible in a table

PowerBI "automagically" changes the data you carefully prepared in Query Editor. Once you close the Query Editor and apply the changes, your (text) data get changed...

Look at this screenshots and you will, hopefully, share my view that THIS IS A BUG.
