See earlier case #116110714901296. It is still possible for non domain users invited to view dashboards on Power BI to view and change report filters if they access using Safari on an Iphone or IPad. These filters can not be accessed using IE or other desktop browsers. Security on Ipad need match IE regarding accessing report filters.
