inserting background image on report via PowerBI.com

We can now insert background image on the desktop. Would be nice if we could it on the PowerBi.com

Seems like a rather basic functionality that already exists in Desktop. Please add to BI Service

The problem is any change of the actual size will move the background image in relation to the report./
