Add Incremental Refresh for Power BI Report Server

Please let us know when this can be done, all the organizations on the on-premise cannot live without it, the competition is killing us on this front.

Could any one please confirm if we can leverage February release provides this Incremental refresh option on the PBI Reporting Server. This is a very much business critical requirement. If not can anyone provide the path forward on this issue.
