The column widths in Power BI "Table View" have a bug which makes this view unusable. Any text columsn are expanded to the full width of the text meaning we cannot view the table at all. Please fix this onging bug (seems to be much worse now by the way!) Thanks

Good Morning, I realised that putting already aggregated data into powerBi makes it run faster but it has some drawbacks. With the way the data is structured I needed the values in a matrix to be the max per a certain category however the row/column totals now automatically take the max of the row/column when what I actually want to see is the sum of the maxes of the row/column. This would remove the need to recode the data that goes in or rely heavily on data manipulation for something that would be a quick fix.

We need a automated way to create a Vnet gateway and when the Create gateway API will be available. We are looking for this feature to be created based on Fabric Capacity.

In Manage relationships -view, you can only filter based on cardinality and Cross-filter direction. Usually, I would need to see the relationships for certain table but this can be hard when I have many tables in semantic model. List can be very long and sorting by table name needs to be done separately for From and To sides. It would be helpful to be able to filter by table name so, that it includes the table, if it is used either in From or To side in view. And also, please make it possible to widen the pop-up window to be able to see more easily the full names of the tables with long names.

I am currently importing the preview version of Invoke pipeline and exporting it to another workspace, but an error occurs. I hope that the above error will be improved in the future. Currently, I can select the workspace and pipeline again, but I would like to eliminate this work.

Hello , I think it would be useful to have an option in the "Visualizations" panel for tables and matrices, for example "Interactivity" (Yes/No), which, when unchecked, renders the data table in the same way as it was published and prevents the user from changing the order of the elements by clicking on them. To overcome this, I'm currently adding a transparent button in front of the columns, but I'm sure this option would make it more attractive. Sincerely,

When working according to the GIT flow methodology (Git Flow | GeeksforGeeks) there is a collaboration branch and multiple feature branches. The collaboration branch is connected to a collaboration workspace. I would like to prevent people taking ownership of items in the workspace linked to the collaboration Branche. (Only allow this when the ws is in a feature branche).

I have just seen a clips from Fabcon2025 for the Oracle Mirroring funcationality (Youtube Clip) and it is EXACTLY what I need. However, I cant seem to find anything on the roadmap regarding release dates? Can anyone provide any clarity on when this is likely to be released for use? Thanks

Currently, Power BI reports that use images from SharePoint URLs (e.g., images stored in SharePoint lists or libraries) render correctly in Power BI Service (Web), but do not display in the Power BI Mobile app. To work around this, many users—including our team—have been converting images to Base64 format and embedding them in the report. While this approach allows images to render in the mobile app, it significantly degrades report performance Request: Please enable native rendering of SharePoint-hosted images in the Power BI Mobile application, just like it works in Power BI Service (Web). Why this matters: SharePoint is a core part of the Microsoft ecosystem, often used for storing business-critical images (e.g., item photos, inspection photos, employee headshots). Power BI and SharePoint are frequently used together across organizations. Mobile users (especially in the field or frontline workers) need a consistent, performant experience without relying on inefficient base64 encoding. Enabling this would eliminate the need for heavy workarounds and improve report responsiveness.

Yesterday I saw an interesting menu option in the Power BI Service that I clicked on in order to see what it was. Clicking on it triggered the start of an evaluation period of Fabric, no option to opt out/cancel, just a message that informed me of the fact that it started. Now there is a ticker in the top right corner of the Power BI Service that shows me how many days are left of an evaluation that I didn't mean to start, and that might be good to have sometime in the future, but not now. We are as an company very far from moving to Fabric, and it is therefore not time to make an evaluation of Fabric. - Please make it possible to opt out of starting a Fabric evaluation. - Please inform/mark menu options that are Fabric specific so I as a Power BI user can see what is for me/new to me and what is not.

Hello, currently there are two different options for Dataflow Gen2. - without git integration (the "old" one known by Power BI folks) - with git integration The version with git integration is currently lacking the ability to send failure notification when refreshes fail. It would be great to see this "old" new feature in the Dataflow Gen2 with git integration. Thanks and best regards, Florian

SET QUERY_GOVERNOR_COST_LIMIT feature is available in Fabric SQL Endpoint. However, the official documentation states that Fabric SQL Endpoint is not supported in the products that support this feature. In the scatter plots of powerBI visuals, when you want to change the shape of specific markers, it is possible to change partial markers such as only Å and B. However, I would like to be able to change the shape of each marker individually.

When building on a large canvas the default font size applied to data labels added via the Visualizations > Analytics tab is far too small. It needs a font size control like the rest of the visualisation functionality.

In the Table View of Power BI Desktop, which is very useful for understanding the data that makes up the semantic model, there could be a simple visual indication in the column headers that are part of the relationships between the tables. This would help a lot, especially in models with many tables.

I propose the ability to pass a custom dax code that returns a table as the source for a visual(primarily for table visual). This is especially prevalent when the dax code can be ran as a table return in the dax query view but cannot be applied to the visual because calculated tables does not work with direct query mode and we need to switch to import. This eliminates the need to create calculated tables or exporting the table from power bi and further aggregating in excel because of relationship and model limitations. This will be an enhancement to the current visual calculation where you can enter dax to the visual as a new column and instead it would be the full table would be based on the custom dax code This can also help us get around the 1000000 limit when trying to query a sql warehouse by optimizing the query and not relying on the power bi generated one. I have a matrix that is grouped. 1 group has top 3 customers, 2nd group is "The rest" and 3rd group is total. i'd like it to group by Top 3 on top, The Rest, and then total, but within the 1st group for top 3, i need it to sort on top 3 sales descending, but when you do this, it groups all values (including "the rest" and "total", so total and "the rest" gets thrown on top). I need to be able to sort the groups one way and the values in the 1st group descending.... Top 3 1 1000 2 800 3 700 Others 2000 Total 4500

The Microsoft Fabric docs provide this guide to configuring Private Link access to a Fabric tenant. However, in testing this approach a provisioned endpoint could not be connect from a separate Azure tenant. The private endpoint could be created, but when attepting to approve the connection the following error resulted: Upon consulting Microsoft Support they concluded that it is not supported to create Private Link endpoint connections to Fabric from a different Azure tenant, citing the following documented limitations: - Customers can't connect to Fabric resources in multiple tenants from a single virtual network, but rather only the last tenant to set up Private Link. - Each private endpoint can be connected to one tenant only. You can't set up a private link to be used by more than one tenant. Private connectivty to Fabric from a separate tenant is a high priority for our customers who rely on our services to connect to their Fabric data sources, but have strict access requirements. Please consider enabling this functionality. You may contact me for a discussion on details and requirements, if desired.
