More and more customers refrain from giving us (consultants) the Entra ID Fabric Administrator role. They want this level of control inside the company. Which is fair enough. But, whenever we need to add people to workspaces or move workspaces to another capacity, it needs to be done one at a time.  In the Fabric Admin portal, I can select any number of workspaces and change the capacity or add/remove people in bulk.   Please show the workspaces I'm admin of in the Admin portal, just like you do with the capacities. ... Problem Statement Power BI offers multiple APIs to download reports in different formats. I have a project where the decoupling of semantic models and reports is frequent, and therefore while we can download the reports (which end-up live-connected in these instances), we do not have any way to download the model as PBIX except by manually doing so in the Power BI Service.   Ideal solution While there are no APIs currently that specifically allow for downloading a semantic model as PBIX (the definition can be downloaded, not the data), it would be awesome if Microsoft made the Dataset equivalent of the Export Report In Group API   Alternatives I've considered I am currently trying to reverse-engineer the process from a HAR file I captured downloading a model from the Power BI Service, which I could share if it helps. I have a Power BI report that has Drill throughs set up from a summary visual to a another page containing a matrix of the underlying data records.  I have created a dashboard from the Report and embedded it within MS Dynamics. In Power BI Incremental Refresh,Detect Data Changes only works inside the incremental refresh window. If historic data gets updated, Power BI cannot detect or refresh it unless I expand the incremental window. Although we can refresh historic partitions manually through XMLA/SSMS, but it would be great if this capability built directly in power BI. Please add an option to detect changes and refresh historic partitions even when they are outside the incremental window. This will help with scenarios where old records are updated occasionally. We would like the option fo Autoscale for Power BI using Fabric. We have been using Fabric for approximately 1 year and just hit our first outage. It is quite frustrating that we have no alternatives but to wait for it to come back (so that we can then begin our troubleshooting). The metrics app does not work. Hello Team, We would like to propose an enhancement to enable detailed tracking of workspace license changes through audit logs and API. Currently, audit logs provide options to capture events such as updating workspace access, updating workspace settings, and delegating tenant settings, along with renaming workspaces. While these are helpful, there is no capability to track when a user changes the workspace license type (e.g., from Pro to PPU or vice versa). We recommend introducing functionality that allows administrators to capture and retrieve these license change events through audit logs and API. I am getting an error while trying to sync my workspace with git repository. It is telling that a particular lakehouse item is invalid. However it is not telling which file is invalid. In a lakehouse with 400+ objects, searching this in git Repo is like searching a needle in an hay sack. So I suppose, when git sync is done, there should be an engine/build action checking the validity of the incoming files, and it should generate more intuitive error messages.   ... View more
