Create an area on a report designer or dashboard for each location or report on the dashboard that if the user clicks on it, it would bring up an Insight window explaining what is on that report/dashboard. If multiple tables are imported from SQL Server and relationships exist between those tables (in the database) the very same relationships also get created when you import those tables into Power BI. For OData feeds you can also specify tables and relationships but the relationships are then not created automatically within Power BI.
