There is a need for a point series and clustered chart as well as point series and stacked chart. The point would represent a count, e,g,: Job Count. Currently the line can "trick" the user to think that it is a trend chart.

Our business would like to use heat maps to track customer concentration via MSA (versus area code or zip code). Would love to see some sort of MSA integration into the mapping functionality of Power BI

You can upload an image to a dashboard via the image widget. What I would like is a similar feature to associate an icon with a dashboard - this icon would also appear next to the dashboard name in the mobile app. There could be a selection of built-in icons (similar to those used in the Visualisations pane) or I could upload my own e.g. a customer logo.

Currently when we have tree map and some other chart, lets say column chart. So Tree map will have grouping size fixed according to initial data. If we click some column in Column chart, it can happen that a group in tree map may hold considerable data for that column. But its position remains fixed in whole tree map from start. My suggestion is to re align the tree map, (keeping the colors same) so that we can see order of how different groups stacked.

We should have the option to export a visual as an image. Not only raster images such as bmp, jpg or png, but also vectorial metafiles such as wmf, emf and svg. This is independent from the ability to allow visuals to be pasted onto other applications, which was submitted here: https://ideas.powerbi.com/forums/265200-power-bi-ideas/suggestions/11698812-copy-screenshot-of-visual-to-clipboard

I know that Power BI is not SSRS, but recently I have been asked to include certain information on Power BI reports such as: * Current date / time * Current user * Last refresh date / time Since this information is not available in Power BI, I was wondering if MSFT could add them as built-in fields that we could incorporate in our reports.

There shouldn't be a limit to how far a user can filter his report by clicking visualizations. At the moment a user might click on a category on one visual then the year on another visual - as soon as he clicks on another visual the filter is released on one of the existing visuals. This really limits the guided analytics functionality of Power BI

I have a large set of options from which I would like to pick some specific ones and use them in a slicer to filter my data. Currently, this is not possible while it is an implemented feature for other chart types. I'm currently using a 100% stacked column chart as a workaround.

Provide a "Custom URL" property on data items in Charts / Tables / Tiles. When this property is set, clicking on that data item in a report should follow the link in the custom URL and include the value clicked as a parameter in the URL. This would enable use cases like drilling through to an SSRS report, or linking to line or business application to view order details / product details ets.

This is not necessarily diretly PowerBI - but fixed reports and mobile reports can now be pinned to PowerBI, so this is relevant. The UX for Report Builder is still far from being the best experience, while the "datazen-based" UX of mobile reporting rocks. Wouldn't it be awsome if we could have a blend of the "datazen" UX with the power of report builder into a unique place to develop both fixed and mobile reports?

The December inclusion of "Enter Data" is OK, but quite insufficient. After entering some data, how does one go back and EDIT that data? Suppose I made a missnake while entering the data manually, or transposed some numbers, or fat-fingered an entry. Need the ability to edit the values AFTER they have been loaded into Power BI.

I have a bunch of dashboards in Tableau. Would be great if I have an easy way to export these in PowerBI rather than building all of it from scratch. The general idea is around interoperability with different cloud BI providers.
