In our cubes all numbers have to be precize at 2 numbers for decimals but in reports/dashboards we often don't need decimal details because we show aggregated data anyway. Something that is pretty Powerful is the ability to switch a dimension in a chart or table at the click of a button. We would need a variable object in which we would get the value from any measurement that is affected by the filters in the page. Then this variable would be a static number which could be inputted into a calculated column or measurement. This would in turn let us use a slicer for example to cycle through Dimensions by using a switch function, change a multiplier or scale in a measurement.
