After my dataset gets refreshed, all the reports updates, and the dashboard tiles write the last update time well. The problem is that the data inside the dashboard tiles does not ! (So the last update time does not match the data in the tiles !) I opened pages in chrome that wasnt refreshed with F5, and stayed open on the dashboard page for many hours (while i view and watch other chrome pages). Sometimes my dashboard tiles are in different positions then they were intended to be in. I always thought that I must have moved them by accident. But now I finally found out what the issue is. When I manually refreshed the dashboard tiles after the data set was updated one tile just moved down one slot, pushing all other tiles out of their positions, too. Minor issue, but please fix. Slicers update slowly after Initial load and user selections. Usually report refreshes in < 5 seconds. Occasionally will hang up and take 2-3 minutes or longer. When completely hung up, different combination of closing the browser and navigating back to report, clearing cookies and cache appear to resolve (however if this is a server issue, this could be disguising poor performing or closed sessions). Switching browsers does not appear to have any impact, hung on one browser, hung on all. When one user is experiencing the issue, appears that all users experience the issue until it is resolved. ... The PBI scatter chart (not custom visual) data color cannot be changed if there is a play axis (e.g. year). Without the play axis, I can set data colors, but when play axis is added, the chart switches colors to default settings.
