Scenario. Import a data model into Power BI (say via excel file stored on onedrive). Setup a data refresh on it. Validate that it works. Now make a schema change in the data model (say add a new table). Save the file in the onedrive location. This now breaks the data refresh from the power Bi site. Our application developed ODATA Service, which we use to get the data by connecting to servers. When user tries to refresh the data by clicking on Refresh button on PBI Desktop, if the result set is not readily available, ODATA service displays a message, which is not shown to user as there is not static screen.
