We have 5 reports that we need to access on our mobile phones using the Power BI Mobile App on Android but we are getting the error "Error Occurred, please try again later" on 4 of the reports. The one report that is displaying is the report that has the smallest dataset which is around 200 rows and takes 3 seconds to render. The longest running report for the other 4 reports is 14 seconds on the SSRS 2016 web portal.The biggest dataset I have is around 22000 rows and we have around 5 datasets per report but the total number of rows returned is less than 100 000 rows per report for all the reports. Ipad App buggy, sometimes drill down button will not highlight, sometimes if you drill down too quickly the app locks up. Since one month a serious problem is affecting matrix tables: filters don't work when the table is viewed in mobile app/dashboard mode. When changing the language of my smartphone all my dasboards disappear. I have to disconnect and reconnect my Power BI account to get then back. The Power BI applucation on smartphone should rely on the default device language. It must be defined in the parameters. I'm working with English and German speaking customers. See earlier case #116110714901296. It is still possible for non domain users invited to view dashboards on Power BI to view and change report filters if they access using Safari on an Iphone or IPad. These filters can not be accessed using IE or other desktop browsers. Security on Ipad need match IE regarding accessing report filters. ... View more

Within the desktop version and within a certain book a tabular visual shows the total number of tickets per month. The published version shows the same number of tickets within the report. The report is pinned to the dashboard and shows the same number (as expected). The dashboard on a mobile device (iPad or iPhone) shows the same number still but when I tap on the dashboard tile to show the whole report the number of tickets per month sort of quadruplicate, almost four times the number of tickets shows up. We have set a tree selection (3 levels,about 100 entries) that is used in mobile reports. While testing out the mobile reports, we have discovered that background image would not be displayed. Sometimes after switching pages or changing phone orientation helps. Whenever I tap on the bell icon at the top to create an 'alerts' for a specific card on one of my dashboards the app immediately crashes. The specific card it does this on is displaying a measure, which is important because other cards that just use a field from the dataset seem to work just fine.
