Provide a simple way to write formulas that work with the data displayed in a visual. For example, the running total of a measure in a table or in a chart according to the sort order of the visual should be something like this: Running Total = ReportData[Sales] + PREVIOUS ( ReportData[Running Total] ) Where ReportData is the content of the current visual, Sales and Running Total are the names of the columns in the current visual. The Refresh Attempts feature automatically pushes 3 consecutive refreshes on a dataset if it fails a single time, in hopes that it will succeed. This is helpful, but incredibly wasteful when considering the cost of each refresh due to cloud infrastructure costs.   This feature has quadrupled our cost of refresh failures, because typically when a refresh fails, it is for a valid reason, so the subsequent refreshes fail. Currently, with the new multiple scheduler feature, we can define multiple run schedules for a Fabric item. However, when using deployment pipelines, there’s no way to control which schedules are active in Dev, Test, or Prod. This means schedules intended only for Prod must also run in Dev, consuming unnecessary compute.   It would be very useful to allow using the Variable Library or deployment rules to set the active/inactive state of each schedule per environment, making deployments more efficient and flexible. ... Please add deployment rules (or an opt-out) so schedules can be environment-specific without showing as drift in comparisons. As explained here, currently, if we want to allow PowerBI users to create alerts, we must authorise them to create items in Fabric (without being able to restrict other items such as Data Pipeline, Copy Job, etc.). I would like if the Power BI Monitor Tab allowed users to create multiple custom filtered views and save them so that we can toggle back and forth or clear the filters without having to recreate them the next time. I am an admin for 18 workspaces (not all production), and need to check different combinations, and statuses (sometimes I want to see only the failures, other times I want to see what is in progres, etc), or I might want different combinations of columns visible/hidden. Description Currently, Dataflow Gen2 in Power BI does not allow refresh operations on flows targeting a Warehouse unless the user performing the refresh is the owner of the dataflow. Even users with full workspace permissions (Admin/Member) and Fabric capacity rights cannot refresh unless ownership is transferred. This limitation creates operational challenges, especially in enterprise environments where multiple users manage refresh schedules. In contrast, when the destination is a Lakehouse, refresh works without requiring ownership transfer, which is the expected behavior. In the Metrics hub (formerly Goals/Scorecards) in Power BI Service, metric values are automatically abbreviated (e.g., 1.164K instead of 1164 or 1,164). This compact format is useful for some scenarios, but there are cases where users need to see the full exact number without the "K", "M", or decimal abbreviation. Currently, there is no formatting option in the Metrics hub to disable this abbreviation or set Display units to "None" (unlike in the Metric visual / Scorecard visual within reports, where this is fully configurable).
