When working with Power BI reports containing many pages, the horizontal list of tabs at the bottom becomes cluttered and difficult to navigate. I suggest adding a page grouping feature that would allow users to: Organize report pages into collapsible groups or folders. Expand or collapse these groups using a simple toggle or arrow. Visually simplify the navigation and make large reports much more user-friendly. This would work similarly to folders in a file explorer or section groups in OneNote. Issue: When opening subscription mail in In-house email system, pushing 'Open report in Power BI' is failing to open report.   Summary: User can open Power BI report in Outlook's subscription mail.   However, it is not possible to open Power BI Report when using In-house email system.   Investigation: This is due to HTML code not containing target=”_blank” in <a> tag.   Without target=”_blank”, the button directs to the report page on same page -> This causes error in customer's email system. With target=”_blank”, the button directs to the report page on a new web page -> This will let customer use their email system with successfully connecting to Power BI Report.   This error situation is reproduceable (after saving the Outlook subscription mail as HTML and inspecting(F12) it).   Questions for future plans: Is there any future plans to add a new button that opens Power BI report in new page? Currently, Power BI Desktop automatically uses the home tenant of the signed-in user when connecting to Azure services like Azure Resource Graph (ARG), Log Analytics, or Azure Data Explorer. This creates major issues for users working across multiple Azure tenants as guests (B2B), where access to resources is granted in a different tenant than their home directory. It would be extremely helpful to streamline subscription management for daily dashboards if we could leverage existing Entra DLs for the recipient list. Currently, we have an efficient process in place to manage security to apps using Entra ID security groups and have a DL for some workspaces. However when testing using a DL in place of a list of names for a Power BI subscription, it did not work.   We currrently have to manually audit and cross-check security group and subscription lists to add/remove users (which are growing and changin constantly). Problem: Currently, when a dataset is connected to a Lakehouse as a datasource in Power BI Fabric, it defaults to a cloud connection mapped to SSO. In embedded mode, reports built on these datasets fail due to a lack of identity, as they do not inherit authentication from the service principal. All of our reports have an "Information" page that describes the report in detail and provides tips on how to use it.  Our reports also have a hidden "Developer Notes" page that provides documentation helpful to any future developer tasked with refining the report.    At present we are reduced to inserting a single text box visualization and typing all of our documenation there. This control is woefully unsuited for long documents. There are formatting errors and inconsistencies everywhere. You can't paste text in from a word processor as the formatting gets utterly mangled. It would be wonderful to have a means to embed another document into the report. (Remember OLE?) That way I can write my documentation in Word, optionally export that to PDF, and then embed the resulting document in the report page with formatting intact.  The option to link to an existing document on the LAN would also be very helpful; that way a developer could update the document without having to republish the report. ... As a Fabric Administrator / Capacity admin in my organization, I have to work with many workspaces and not all of the assets (semantic modes, reports, dashboards) are built by an IT team. Some are built very jankly by novice users. Unfortunately the capacity is shared amongst all users and I have no way to limit the capacity consumption by workspace. That means that if a novice user deploys a bad data model to the capacity, all workspaces will essentially choke on itself and all users start complaining of slow dashboards and creating a negavtive impression of Power BI in the org.  I have been suggested by "Industry experts" to get another capacitity and assign all "development" workspaces to it, and vet datasets before deploying to production capacity. But again this only works if we have an army of IT resources (knowledgeable in Power BI people)  to vet ever single asset being deployed. But thats simply not the case. Additionally, we don't have unlimited budget to spend on Power BI / Fabric capacities unfortunately.  As such my idea is as follows: Somehwere in the admin portal / capacity settings, We add some kind of resource limitation setting by workspace. This way I can safely grant a novice developer a slice of the capacity without affecting the rest of my users on the tenant.  I could go on as to why this will benefit all of us in so many ways, but for the sake of brevity I'll leave it at that.
