The PBI scatter chart (not custom visual) data color cannot be changed if there is a play axis (e.g. year). Without the play axis, I can set data colors, but when play axis is added, the chart switches colors to default settings. Our application developed ODATA Service, which we use to get the data by connecting to servers. When user tries to refresh the data by clicking on Refresh button on PBI Desktop, if the result set is not readily available, ODATA service displays a message, which is not shown to user as there is not static screen.
