Enterprise gateway to support OData string with function call Right now Enterprise gateway only supports OData string to the root service, it fails with function call in the Odata string, please add support for that.

Custom Visuals: LOVE them. Awesome stuff. BUT there appears to be little to NO documentation on how to actually utilize each one. There are scattered posts out there that describe one or the other. But it stops there. How about some WRITTEN documentation about EACH and EVERY custom visual in the gallery, and with links to the same when you click on one or the other.

Our application developed ODATA Service, which we use to get the data by connecting to servers. When user tries to refresh the data by clicking on Refresh button on PBI Desktop, if the result set is not readily available, ODATA service displays a message, which is not shown to user as there is not static screen. Workaround is to click on Edit queries to view the message. It would be good if there is any screen that display the messages thrown by ODATA service.

We are exporting data to Power BI via REST API, and we can't create measures using DAX in Web designer. We need either DAX support in Power BI Web designer or ability to export datasource or report from Power BI Web to Power BI Desktop.

I have an Azure DB that my reports grab data from, and I've set up my PC to be a gateway, but the scheduled refresh frequently fails with this error message: "Microsoft SQL: Timeout Expired" I've noticed that if I connect to this DB via SQL Server Management Studio that I have issues seeing my tables while the powerBI gateway is running. Closing the gateway fixes the problem. Any suggestions how to fix this?

When I am merging two tables, it is easier t o navigate to the field I want to click on and then click the merge button. It would be good to autofill the first argument of the merge wizard with the field that I have highlighted before I click the merge button. Selecting fields in the wizard popup box is too small otherwise.
