Hello, Currently, there is no place in Power BI Service to be able to monitor all existing subscriptions. When you check from the home menu > Settings > Notifications, you only see your own subscriptions. When you check from a workspace, you see your own + all the ones created by other people in the current workspace. Hi Team,   We are trying to connect to AWS S3 Bucket via Athena from Power BI (Azure-hosted SaaS service). In a high level we have below requirements   We will pull the data from AWS and populate the Power BI Semantic Layer Cache and Power BI reports will use the cached data for reporting The connection should use federated user identity which has username and password stored in cyber ark. Connection should also suffice the data orchestration. Whan data is changed in AWS, API call in Power BI should trigger the data refresh   Do we have any jdbc driver which is provided by AWS or Microsoft for the same. You know what Power BI feature I'm waiting for? A data dictionary. Power BI already has built in to the relationship "app" all these data dictionary qualities:  the ability to visualize relationships between tables, create table and column descriptions, create table and column synonyms, see data types (Maybe add an extra "Workflow" field so I can describe how data is captured and/or how reliable it is) Now I just need to be able to export that into a simple excel file! I am extremely frustrated with the Paginated Report visual inside PBIX. It works as a preview in Desktop or in the Service, but fails completely when the PBIX is embedded in applications, making it entirely useless for any production scenario. What we need: The ability to render the Paginated Report inside PBIX when embedded in applications. Support for cell-level control and editing, similar to Excel, to allow detailed formatting and calculations. Parameters and data sources should work offline inside PBIX, without relying on external workspace or gateway connections. Currently, this limitation forces users to separate the Paginated Report from PBIX, breaking workflows and increasing development complexity. This is extremely frustrating and contradicts the purpose of integrating paginated reports with analytical PBIX reports. Real scenario: We need to generate detailed reports that allow cell-level data manipulation for financial and operational analysis directly within PBIX, and there is currently no practical alternative in the product. I am a third party IT service provide and a reseller of ms products. I make Power bi dashbords for our customers. The biggest time waste is having to go set all of the different theme setting and manually setting for visuals. Copying and pasting visuals work but that can cause mistakes with infor settings or filter going with the copy and paste. you can use the format paster but it wont past 100% of settings.     My biggest pain is data labels -> values -> Disaplay Units.  I just want to be able to default this to none vs auto.   Min ask -> allow me to default the display units to none vs auto.     Streach ask -> make a reall tool/feature to make themes ... The goal is to get carbon emission break-down by sub-services, to track more granularly the emissions of each sub-service. We have an scnerio that we was using multiple datasources in power bi desktop which included dynimic URLS in the data it was working fine in power bi desktop and whether it comming to power bi service we have an limitation that getting this error message while publishing the report in power bi service "This dataset includes a dynamic data source. Since dynamic data sources aren't refreshed in the Power BI service, this dataset won't be refreshed. Learn more: https://aka.ms/dynamic-data-sources.   TLDR: When using nested bookmarks with a Bookmark Navigator, the navigators highlighted button does not reset when a higher-level bookmark is triggered, causing mismatches between what is displayed and what is selected.   Suggestion: allow bookmarks to also control the state of navigators, keeping them synchronized.   Currently, when using the Bookmark Navigator together with other bookmarks configured only for "Display" and "Selected visuals", there is a synchronization issue.   Practical example: I have a top-level bookmark that shows/hides groups of visuals, including a bookmark navigator inside that group.   Inside this group, the internal bookmark navigator allows switching between Bookmark 1 and Bookmark 2.   If I use the internal navigator to switch to Bookmark 2, the corresponding button is highlighted correctly. However, when I go back to the top-level bookmark, the visuals return to the Bookmark 1 scenario, but the navigator button still shows Bookmark 2 as active.   This creates confusion for the end user because the state displayed on the screen does not match the navigator’s highlighted button.   Improvement suggestion: Add an option so that the Bookmark Navigator automatically synchronizes with the state saved in the bookmark, just like other selected visuals. This way, when a top-level bookmark is triggered, any internal bookmark navigators would also update their active button to match the bookmarks state, avoiding inconsistencies between the displayed scenario and the navigator. This improvement would bring much more clarity to navigation, especially in complex reports that use hierarchies of bookmarks and nested navigators. ... View more

Dear Product Group,   Right now, the "shared with me" section only shows PBI items.  This is a major limitation since there are many other objects in the Fabric Eco-System.  See MS Learn for limitations.     Recently, I was asked by a collegue for a demo on Sharing.  The image below shows the adventure works warehouse was shared by john@craftydba.com to batman@craftydba.com.     If we use the link, we have access to the object.  However, logging off and logging on will loose this link.     As you can see below, the link does not show up as stated in the "shared by me" section.     The current work around is to favorite the share.  A better solution is to add the ability to see all Fabric Objects in this section.     Please put it on the roadmap to add this simple functionality to the product.   Sincerely   John Miner   ... Currently, the only way to establish a connection to Analysis services through the Power BI Gateway is by granting the user used in the gateway connection admin rights on Analysis Server (Manage SQL Server Analysis Services data sources - Power BI | Microsoft Learn). For any other datasource (Oracle, SQL, SAP, ...) this is not required.  If the Analysis Server is managed by another team, they are very reluctant (not to say refusing) to grant this extensive authorization for what in essence should only be a 'readonly' access. I set up a Dataflow with a Destination to a Warehouse. That warehouse has a new schema. I want my Dataflow Destintion to CREATE a table in the new schema. I specify the new table name as <schema>.<table>. What I GET is a table in the dbo schema named dbo.<schema.table>. Now, I can fix this nonsense with simple T-SQL commands so that the table is named appropriately and in the correct schema. I then accidently ran the Dataflow again without changing the Destination. I now have TWO tables in the database: <schema>.<table> and dbo.<schema.table>. OK, my fault. But if, at this point, I go back to the Dataflow to fix the destination and specify an EXISTING table in the Warehouse, I see TWO Object that *look* identical.    PLEASE make Warehouse Destinations in Dataflows such that it displays the table name AND schema name, AND make so that I am NOT forced to make New Table Destinations in the dbo schema. It would be extremely helpful to have the ability to see who is currently viewing a report in real time — similar to how Looker supports active session tracking. This feature is essential for operational dashboards, collaborative environments, and live monitoring scenarios.
