Azure maps geocoding dataset is missing old discontinued UK postcodes like SW1W 0AZ but these still exist in some reporting datasets and need to be included. Please add these to the dataset and include an option in this visual or PBI settings to enable/disable discontinued postcodes so that people can choose.   AND/OR - the main reason I'm relying on postcodes is because I have a large dataset which I can aggregate to central geographic points but also need to drill down into specific postcodes to analyse hotspots. Using Lat/Long doesn't allow any secondary datasets to use for hierarchy, and doesn't allow an alternative in the Location well like postcode as a secondary option. So, add to this feature to allow additional Lat/Long paris to provide a hierarchy to drill down like on other visuals, or modify the behaviour if Lat/Long and Location can be used together and the Location can be applied as a lower level to the Lat/Long pair. ... I know that there is this feature for tableau but creating a minimum sample size for visuals based on filters/slicers would make the public data reporting so much simpler. Hi everyone, can we add a timer option for each object under the format settings? This would allow us to set a time after which an object hides automatically. For instance, we could set a timer in seconds to auto-hide dropdowns created from shapes. Sometimes I find that I don't always have the space to show a chart or table, or that I don't always need one to be shown, or they are similar and just need to switch between them. At first I was thinking it would be nice if you could use a slicer to switch x and y axis' (still a good idea? Probably through Dax), but then I thought what if we could have a list of saved tables/charts that could then be selected and shown in one spot based on a dropdown | tile | list selection.  The saved charts wouldn't have to be the same type allowing users to switch between graphics and could provide cleaner dashboards for presentation or just simple user data overload.   If this is already a function disregard, I am currently using the desktop version deciding if our company should switch to the 365 version online.  ... Use case: I have an analytical report with many visuals and drill throughs across multiple pages looking at locations and categories to understand trends. Whilst drill through are useful to navigate from one page to another with specific filters from the first selection, the end-user also needs to navigate more pages to visualise and interpret the data with maps and graphs which can't practically be on one or two pages. And slicers can be synched across pages but when the report contains thousands of locations and a user needs to zoom in and select for example one-five locations from a map and then navigate to other pages to view further details.  Can you add a mechanism to retain the selection from one page, for example the map - which is fairly chunky and slow - to navigate to another page to view more details, and then also return to the first page with that original selection retained e.g. a location from a list selected and zoomed in on the map. (At present returning to the first page resets the full extent excl. any slicers applied but as mentioned these are not always appropriate when the end user needs to select multiple points on the map or from an accompanying list of locations in a table visual). A feature like an end-user bookmark or sticky once they're made their selections on one page which can then keep that selection - perhaps building upon existing function like the drill through filters - and then navigate across multiple pages and return to that earlier page with their bookmark or sticky applied keeping their specific selection. ... It would be great if you could extend the use of Variable Library parameters also to Web activities in Fabric pipelines, as they use Web connections that can vary from one Workspace to another, especially if it is between Development and Production environments. We believe it is half of the solution to take care of Variable Library parameters in Copy activities and not in other activities that use connections. Customers recently noticed a change in the Power BI Service interface regarding the Favorites section. Previously, it was possible to view all favorited dashboards, reports, and apps in one unified view. Now, it seems that the interface only allows filtering by type (e.g., dashboards, reports, apps) using the filter dropdown, and the “All” option is no longer available.   Previously:       Now:         Customer concerns: Due to customer’s users had received relevant training and instructions before power BI service UI happened as page layouts or buttons are lost, it caused misunderstanding from the business and affect the user experience.   CSS has checked the Power BI blog and release notes but couldn’t find any specific mention of this update. If Fabric pipelines support array and object parameters without issue and a Spark Notebook within the pipeline can leverage the pipeline parameters for configurable notebook execution than it would be nice for both to support the same range of data types for their parameters.   This would be a QOL adjustment instead of having to pass strings that are parsed into json objects in the notebook. It would also allow, in a more complex workflow, the ability to cleanly use an array in a forEach loop in the pipeline and potentially handle it in a seperate fashion in a notebook. ... View more
