Today the bullet chart visual doesn't appear to work in Power BI Desktop. All the bullet graphs from before are there, but nothing is displayed in the visual as in it's a blank visual. If i create new ones and change values, the visual doesn't change. However, if i upload it to the service, the bullet charts appears. I see that the bullet charge visual was updated yesterday. When we make some structural changes to our pbix files the changes are not reflecting in the dashboard tiles. We do have some 25 reports and changes are implemented based on the requirements, and every time the changes are not getting reflected on dashboards. Hi, I have made some reports in power bi desktop and published online in a group. From there i have tried to export data from a report which consists of some date fields. when i am trying to export to .xlsx file (Excel) the dates are coming as some different IDs. The same is working fine when i have tried to export to .CSV file. Is there any limitation like this when we are exporting data from published reports to .xlsx file(Excel) ? In the dropdown list slicer, sometime I see (in power bi service and Desktop) the list of value filtered on a specific value without any letter in the search box. I'm trying to connect to an Oracle database that contains spatial information. After successfully connecting, I try to preview or load one of my tables or views that contains spatial information and PowerBI kicks back this error message. "Custom type mapping for 'dataSource='*****' schemaName='*****' typeName='ST_GEOMETRY'' is not specified or is invalid". Not sure what is going on here - is this something my DBA can fix? When I export a report to the .xlsx file format and the first row of any column is "blank", but not zero, excel will then export all subsequent numbers in the column as text, rather than carry the formatting over from the Power BI report.
