Hi -   As you may know, there're the table name and square brackets for all the columns in the export files with live connections from PBI report as marked in RED below, which is not friendly for the users for further process and analysis in the daily operations. When using direct query on semantic models sometimes queries can take a little longer. When then using the powerBI embedded API the visuals timeout in the app because those queries fake a little longer. Make the 10 second timeout configurable for your app so that this can be avoided.  ... View more

Hello Team, This is to highlight the user facing issues with the Dataflow Gen2 CI/CD where user is able to use Dataflow Gen2 standerd one  DF Refresh Issue When DF Gen2 CI/CD is taken over by User 2, and User 1 tries to refresh the dataflow, an error occurs: “There was a problem refreshing the dataflow. Please review the error message(s) below, fix the problem, and try again.” This issue does not occur in standard Gen2 Dataflows (non-CI/CD). As a workaround, you are currently using normal Gen2 Dataflows. We are increasing our usage of Power BI in our organization.  All our prior reporting systems we have used in the past had standard admin security reports.  A pain point I'm facing is trying to identify which Groups/Users are assigned to a published App.  Yes, there are API's to get this, but even those require the usage of two API's to get the mappings.  I'm not sure why security reporting within the tool would not be considered for compliance purposes.   Suggestion:  Standard Power BI Admin reports to extract which groups are assigned to which apps.   FYI...I also tried the Power Automate to use the API's.  There are standard connectors for Power BI, but nothing for admin security reports.  This means we have to go through the whole app regristration process just to get this data.   ...
