I believe it would be highly beneficial to enable the use of user-defined calendars within slicers on the dashboard. While the new time intelligence functions integrate seamlessly with these calendars, there's currently a limitation when it comes to incorporating them into dashboard development. My goal is to allow users to dynamically select their preferred calendar by adding all user-defined calendars to a field parameter or slicer on the page. Hi team, I hope you can help me. LIMITATION In our company we create templates for different products in our company. The issue arises when we want to use a template with data from new clients. When I change the input data, the slicer objects retain the previously selected item—what we call a “ghost item” from the last project. This requires a manual update to reflect the new item, which prevents us from having a fully automated process. IDEA The slicer should automatically select the first item in the column. For example, if I have a product table and I change the input data, the updated dataframe should provide a new product list. Currently in a powerbi slicer, if we select more than 1 option, it filters the data with an OR behavior. Meaning if i filter on color = red and green it will return me all the rows with RED OR GREEN.   it would be nice if it would be possible to adjust the behavior to return only rows with RED AND GREEN.   I know there is a possible workaround by using helper measure in a visual but this doesnt really work on more complex scenarios when your slicer has two fields inside for example or when you have 2 slicers (from different fields) that both require AND behavior ... Currently we can see the deployment history by stage, but then we have to click every single deployment to see which objects were deployed. I'd like to have the possiblity to get the deployment history for a specific object. Some objects aren't supported with Git integration, like Dashboards. I base many of my reports on weekly data and the fact that the current date hierarchy skips weeks is mind boggling. I realize there is a way to create a custom date hierarchy by adding a separate date table, but the fact that I have to do all that extra stuff just to include weeks is crazy to me. For many business scenarios — such as HR, finance, or operational reporting — data is consolidated once per month, and refreshing more often brings unnecessary gateway load, processing costs, and confusion in version tracking. Hi all!  Currently it is possible to define and evaluate new measures in dax view for reports connected live to external models; it is also possible to define multiple measures at once, which is very convenient. Unfortunately there is no way to save them: the Update button is grayed out In contrast, it is possible to write and save in the report measures one by creating them in the Data panel one by one. These measures are local to the report and not the model - which is very useful in some scenarios (customizations, formatting, translations, etc)   It would be extremely useful to create and/or edit measures in Dax View , and save them locally to the report even for reports connected live to separete models, the same way they are created/edited in reports with built-in datasets or datasets alone.  ... Currently business users can develop their own reports through the Power BI service and there is no way for admins to disable it. The reports are being developed in users' My Workspace. There has to be a way for admins to turn off My Workspace for all users and grant access by assignment basis. Or, an option to turn off report creation through Power BI service. Thanks!  ... I recently watched a lot tutorials on how to achieve page navigations as common in modern web frameworks as Bootstrap including foldable site menusbars and dropdown menus. Or building toggle buttons. And having experience in web frontend design I find it very inconvinient that one has to use work arounds that often include bookmarks.   Creating multiple bookmarks just to get a page navigation menu with dropdown effect seems inefficient. And it gets worse if the visuals of the page already can change with buttons for bookmarks. Or if there should be another foldable menu, for example to place advanced filters in.   It would be great if one can add menu objects, that only show after hitting a button (and hide after hitting another / the same button again) withou creating bookmarks for each unfolded menu page state. The state of the menus could be saved in temporary variable. Even with slicers I could not build this effect yet, becaue I can not toggle visibility of shapes right now.   In addition it would be great if one can link a page naviagtion object over multiple tabs so changes are applied to all liked instances. ... let us say I have created a new Environment named Environment_A for all the different Python packages I need for the PySpark script to run inside Workspace_A. Can this Environment_A be used for another PySpark script running in Workspace_B? I find at times, it works, and other times, it gets disconnected instantly.   The question then is how can I create a new Environment to be used in different workspaces for different PySpark scripts? You know create a new environment with the different Python packages takes time, and we do not want to duplicate the same environment all over the different workspaces.   What is the best solution then?   Everything I need those identical libraries to be used in other workspaces, I need to create another environment in the workspace, and the creation of new environment takes a long time.
