Enhancement for Power BI table visuals, specifically adding native pagination support and an optional row index (sequential numbering) display for tables on dashboards. Current Limitation in Power BI Tables in dashboards are scrollable but do not support true pagination. There is no built-in option to display automatic row index numbers (e.g., 1, 2, 3, …). When exporting a report with a Bookmark Navigator to PDF or PowerPoint from the Power BI Service, the first bookmark is always shown as highlighted in the exported file ,even if a different bookmark was selected before exporting. In Power BI Desktop, when hovering over a color in the formatting pane, users can see the hex value and a generic label such as “Theme color 1.” However, there is no visibility into what that theme color represents within the theme JSON (e.g., Primary, Accent Blue, Revenue, etc.). Hi all,   Currently I found that using the Fabric VS code plugin, then select notebook > right click > open notebook in Synapse Visual Studio code works really well. VS Code is connecting to a remote server and changes are synchronized directly between VS Code and Fabric.  However there is one thing that is missing for me, the ability to use Codex, Claude Code or Copilot. When adding a notebook into a data pipeline, there is a section for Base Parameters.  But those Base Parameters in the pipeline must be created manually before being able to populate them. It would be very helpful to automatically get the expected parameters from the notebook populated into to the pipeline notebook activity. If we cluster columns or bars it would be great if we could add symbols as well (like the triangle in the IBCS / ISO 24896 manual). It is somewhat possible by using the Line + clustered column combo chart and making the line transparent, but there is no such option for the bar charts. Description Dataflow Gen2 currently does not support true CI/CD scenarios for organizations running Fabric capacities below F8. The core issue is that: Dataflow Gen2 cannot access the current workspace context (e.g., workspaceId="."), the Lakehouse connector always requires an explicit workspace ID, and parameters are only available starting from F8. As a result, developers must manually modify M‑code after every deployment to Test or Production to update the workspace ID or Lakehouse reference. This is error‑prone, not scalable, and contradicts the CI/CD principles that Fabric aims to support. For small and medium‑sized organizations, F8 is often not financially feasible, yet these organizations still require Dev/Test/Prod environments and automated deployments. Without parameters or workspace‑independent references, this is currently impossible. Impact on users CI/CD only works for customers with F8 or higher. Manual M‑code edits are required after every deployment. Deployment pipelines incorrectly mark dataflows as “changed”. The risk of production errors increases. Adoption of Fabric is hindered for smaller organizations. Requested solution Microsoft should implement one of the following options (any of them would solve the problem): Support workspaceId="." in Dataflow Gen2 so the dataflow automatically targets the workspace it runs in. Make parameters available across all Fabric SKUs, enabling dynamic workspace IDs and Lakehouse names. Introduce an M‑function such as Fabric.CurrentWorkspace() to expose workspace context to Dataflow Gen2. Why this matters This change would enable CI/CD for all customers, eliminate manual code changes, reduce deployment risk, and make Dataflow Gen2 consistent with other Fabric artifacts (Pipelines, Notebooks, SQL). It would also significantly lower the barrier for professional DevOps practices in Fabric, especially for smaller organizations. Most organisations evaluate Fabric on a lower capacity like F2 or F4. I believe that at the last IBCS conference in 2025 there was also a teaser that IBCS (or the new ISO 24896 norm) would be fully supported by native PBI in the future. Feature Request Allow report owners or admins to disable PDF/PowerPoint export at the individual report level, rather than only at the tenant or security group level.   Problem A customer has Power BI reports containing confidential training materials that should not be exported as PDF/PPT to prevent data leakage (especially after employee offboarding). However, their other data analytics reports still need export functionality. Today, the "Export reports as PowerPoint presentations or PDF documents" tenant setting is all-or-nothing — it applies to all reports for a given security group. There is no per-report granularity. Alternatives like Microsoft Purview sensitivity labels or Power BI Embedded are not feasible for this customer due to licensing and organizational policy constraints.   Proposed Solution Add an option under Report Settings → Export (similar to the existing "Export data" control for Excel/CSV): Allow export as PDF/PowerPoint (default) Don't allow export as PDF/PowerPoint for this report Optionally, support restricting export to specific security groups per report.   Impact This would help organizations that handle mixed-sensitivity content across reports and need granular export control without additional licensing. ...
