Today, Microsoft Fabric Eventstream supports destinations such as Activator, Custom Endpoint (HTTP), Eventhouse, Lakehouse and Stream. There is no native option to send Eventstream output directly to Azure Event Hubs (or other AMQP / Kafka‐compatible event systems). Adding Azure Event Hubs as a built‐in destination would enable: Real-time high-throughput output from Eventstream into existing event pipelines. Native integration with external consumers, microservices or other event hubs without custom workarounds. Reduced latency and operational complexity by eliminating intermediate lakes/sinks or custom forwarding functions. Better alignment with enterprise event-driven architectures already using Azure Event Hubs. Use cases: IoT event ingestion in Fabric → publish to Event Hubs and downstream microservices. Fabric as streaming ingest & routing layer, then external analytics/stream-processing via Event Hubs. Multi-tenant or cross-subscription event forwarding where downstream systems expect Event Hubs. Benefits: Streamlines architecture; fewer moving parts. Reduces cost and latency of custom forwarding. Currently, Power BI allows us to open multiple windows in DAX Query View and even rename them for clarity. However, there is no way to save these windows. This creates a limitation: Often, work in Query View is not finished in a single session. Without the ability to save, progress is lost and must be manually reconstructed later. Each time go into the workspace, the top half of the screen is used up with a prompt to build a task flow as shown below.   I can hit the arrow on the far right of the section to minimize the page so I get a full list of the tables and such.  But if I go to a different workspace, the same screen prompt occurs wasting realestate, forcing me to close it again to view things the way I want to.  I didn't see any way to prevent that portion of the screen to be used that way. The default interaction setting between new component and existing components is Filter each other. However, in most cases we need the interaction between only a few visuals. So this setting needs to have more advanced options like Filter None and Remove all Filters, so that in one click we can disable the Interaction of the new component with all others, and also set the component not filterable by others. And then enable the filter interaction between only the selective visuals. This will save a lot of time and prevents missing out any interaction, as due to the order of the components, Filter/None option will hide behind other visuals. ... View more

All Fabric items don't necessarily align with organizational security and governance policies. It is frustrating that we cannot decide what specific Fabric items get to be enabled and it has to be all or nothing. In particular, my organization relies heavily on Power BI for business intelligence, and stakeholders are upset that they can't use Report data alerts because it's powered by Fabric Activator which can only be enabled if we switch everything else on. It is also concerning that without being able to control the capabilities enabled, our Fabric capacities usage would be impacted if we don't have the "pay as you go" pricing model. Having someone start using 'copy job' could jeopardize our Power BI reports and create throttling unitentionally. Please give back the governance decision to the tenant admins. ... View more
