Hey there,   I have been working with the preview modern table visual, as the multi-select feature was promising. Unfortunately, there is a bug where if more than 14 rows are displayed for a table, whether that be by scrolling or simply displaying a large table, the modern table breaks, and the SelectedItems depopulates, and filtering/searching stops working. Summary: add an additional setting to the header icons for a visual to only show drill options for rows OR columns instead of having the drill on rows/columns dropdown visible to users.   It is often handy to expose the drill up/down buttons to users. However, if there is a hierarchy in both the rows and columns then the dropdown will appear for the user to select to drill on: rows / columns. This is confusing to less technical users. In some cases, the rows should always be expanded and it is just the columns that the users should have the option to drill up or down on, but this is not possible with the existing options.  The dropdown always defaults to rows as well which isn't always the preference. ... Hi All,   Description: Currently, the Upsert capability in Copy Activity in Microsoft Fabric is very powerful, allowing us to ingest data from multiple sources like SQL Server or Oracle DB and write to Delta tables in a Lakehouse. Using Upsert for CDC scenarios works great and provides excellent performance.   However, in some cases, we need to exclude certain columns from update/change detection in the merge operation. For example, columns like LOAD_DATE, UPDATE_DATE, or other audit/metadata fields are refreshed on every ingestion, and we do not want these columns to trigger unnecessary updates.   It would be extremely useful if Copy Activity Upsert allowed specifying “exclude columns” for change detection, so these fields could be ignored during merge comparisons. While this can be implemented in notebooks, the built-in Upsert capability in Copy Activity is more efficient and avoids the need for extra notebook stages, providing excellent performance. I have two workspaces, Central Data Workspace (CDW) and FB Reporting (FBR) and I'm an admin role in both workspaces. CDW is an F64 premium and FBR is only a pro workspace.  I love the RLS Test As Role feature and want to use it more going forward. However, I am intending that we use a central semantic model from the CDW with a DirectLake connection for most sales reports. The sales reports will live in the FBR workspace and others like it. Currently, Power BI does not provide a native Power Query connector for ClickHouse. As a result, when we connect to ClickHouse (even in Import mode), we are unable to use the full Query Editor (Power Query) experience. This creates significant limitations: We cannot apply transformations in the Power Query editor. There is no support for query folding, which forces us to preprocess data outside Power BI. We lose consistency with other officially supported databases like SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and MySQL. Hi In our Projects, Power BI reports are refreshed every days and reports are being downloaded and again uploaded in Sharepoint online . Could you it be possible to add a Timestamp along with the report name in the end ? i am that sharepoint online maintains .pbix file overwrites same file and creates a new version but some of sharepoints users are simply members or view level permissions are provided and hence versioning is not completely visible. Currently, Power BI does not expose the current page name or page ID to DAX or the data model. This limits the ability to make reports more dynamic. Problem: There is no way to detect which page the user is viewing. Without this, it’s not possible to apply page-specific filters, restrictions, or dynamic behavior through measures. Workarounds (like disconnected tables, bookmarks, or field parameters) require manual maintenance and don’t scale well. Proposed Solution: Provide a function (e.g., CURRENT_PAGE() or similar) that returns the current page name or a unique page ID. Make this function available in DAX, measures, and possibly conditional formatting. Benefits: Enable truly dynamic filtering depending on the page. Allow building context-aware measures that adapt automatically. Reduce the need for manual workarounds with slicers and bookmarks. Improve governance and security scenarios where certain data should only be visible on specific pages. When working in a Fabric Lakehouse and right clicking on a table and "Load Data" in the Explorer you currentely get a bunch of Python code in return.    %%pyspark df = spark.sql("SELECT * FROM [Lakehouse].[Database].[Table] LIMIT 1000") display(df)   Please make it possible to return this in pure SQL instead. When a table in a semantic model is renamed (for example in a Power BI report connected to a Lakehouse), all relationships and DAX measures break because they still reference the old name. This forces users to manually fix measures, calculated columns, RLS roles, etc. Proposal: Add an option for guided rename inside the model designer so that when a table is renamed, all references in measures, relationships, RLS, and calculations are automatically updated. Currently the GUI of Copy Job allows you to select specific columns of a source table. But it is not excluding the ingestion to those tables. Instead it queries the entire table and only uses the selected columns for the mapping taking place after the ingestion. It also states that it only applies to the mapping, so it's not a bug, but please allow the column selection to alter the query to the source.  ... View more
