The default interaction setting between new component and existing components is Filter each other. However, in most cases we need the interaction between only a few visuals. So this setting needs to have more advanced options like Filter None and Remove all Filters, so that in one click we can disable the Interaction of the new component with all others, and also set the component not filterable by others. And then enable the filter interaction between only the selective visuals. All Fabric items don't necessarily align with organizational security and governance policies. It is frustrating that we cannot decide what specific Fabric items get to be enabled and it has to be all or nothing. In particular, my organization relies heavily on Power BI for business intelligence, and stakeholders are upset that they can't use Report data alerts because it's powered by Fabric Activator which can only be enabled if we switch everything else on. It is also concerning that without being able to control the capabilities enabled, our Fabric capacities usage would be impacted if we don't have the "pay as you go" pricing model. Why can't tenant admins see all existing Deployment Pipelines on the tenant? We can see workspaces, gateways and gateway connections, but not this. We should be able to see them, know what workspaces are assigned, if they're orphaned, and control who has access to them. Our workaround has been to add a security group to be able to then use an API call that loads data of all the deployment pipelines we have access to into a custom report.  ... View more

InPower BI Desktop, you can define parameters with a list of allowed values, allowing users to select from a dropdown instead of typing a value manually. In Deployment Pipelines, these parameters currently appear as free-text fields, even if a list of allowed values is set. This can lead to errors when entering server names, database connections, or other environment-specific values. When a Dataverse shortcut becomes out of sync, it is not possible to resynchronise it without deleting and recreating the shortcut (which will also change the ID of your LakeHouse destination), unless you do it table by table, and even then, if Change Tracking is enabled on the Dataverse tables, it does not work... While creating reports using a custom visual, embedded them via “Publish to Web,” and generated a link for access. We tested this link across multiple devices and browsers to ensure optimal user experience. To filter data, We added specific extensions based on earlier requirements. While the original link worked on all devices, the link with extensions failed on iOS devices, regardless of browser (Safari, Chrome, Firefox). This issue appears iOS-specific, as other platforms function correctly. We also observed that links automatically convert when pasted and extensions do not filter data on iOS. We found Apple recently enabled cross-site cookie blocking by default, impacting functionality. To resolve this, users must disable “Prevent Cross-Site Tracking” in iOS browser settings (Safari/Chrome). After applying this change, the report with extensions worked as expected. You confirmed the fix and noted that Android devices were unaffected, reinforcing that the issue was isolated to iOS. We look forward to resolving this issue so that the link functions properly across all browsers and devices, without requiring users to disable “Prevent Cross-Site Tracking.” Please proceed with implementing this feature.
