Currently I can't find any way to make a visualisation where my values are not aggregated in some way when I use an Excel file as the basis for the data. This practically makes Power BI useless. It would be great if when clicking into a tile on the panel, and entering the report, the report adopts the filter settings one had in the tile. In order to be able to use certain features (e.g. ability to edit a content pack), one needs to create a copy. This is a pain but I can deal with it, what it's really confusing is the deletion part.
