Currently, When you pin an item to a dashboard it automatically sends it to the bottom. As your dashboard gets longer it takes time to grab each item and send it to the top, or drag it into the middle somewhere. Service is painfully slow for our executives, although we are on a very high speed Internet connection, and we do not use any graphics or any interactive features. It takes too long to download a table with 50 numbers in it that has already been calculated in the cloud. Hitting refresh is slow, going into zoom mode on a tile and back out is also slow. To the point the user experience is so poor that they use the service less and less.
