ibis (Python) to Synapse Analytics Default Runtime and Fabric Notebook

As title suggested, please consider add Ibis (Python library)  into default Fabric runtime and integrate more closely to Fabric Notebook for easier to create and connect Spark sessions.

ibis is a portable data engineering framework, meaning it allows virtually same syntax to work on different engines and backends, perfect for Fabric where PySpark, Python sessions are all accessible and switchable. This will be a big power tool more accessible to Fabric users.
