highlight filter when count is zero

When using highlight filters (for tree map, at least), if there are no results from the filter and the data values are visible, the total value is shown instead of zero. The correct count of results is shown for other categories.

Just to clarify, the highlight filtering appears to work as expected on the Power BI service. I only see this problem using Power BI desktop.
