github integrations to allow github apps instead of via PAT token

Hi, could you set up the GitHub integration to support GitHub Apps as a passthrough within fabric, rather than relying solely on token-based access for github integrations?

This would be more secure, allow access to be managed at the organisation level, and avoid the need for long-lived tokens or token rotation management processes within the organisation.
