embed hyperlinks in charts

We are looking for option to embed the URL to a pie chart. For Ex. Click the client name in Pie chart it should take to the Client Website.I have the URL Field which has the link (set the data type as WebURL) and cant tie that to the Client Name field so when users click on the Client Name it should take to the website.

Or click on a category bar and open the Category dashboard filtered to the Category clicked on.

I am looking for this or similar. The ability to add a URL to various charts allowing linking to external sites related to the data presented.
