RLS - Row level security - has been implemented badly: It doesn't work for calculated columns at all. Then reading the RSL rule for measure and implementing it onto a calculated column is very hard (I haven't succeeded so far). So masking a column with "***" for users who don't have RLS access to the data is currently much too hard.
So we need dynamic masking feature from the Power BI production team.
