dual screen visual hovering issue

when hovering over a visual icon with the mouse, the name of the visual appears on the other screen. This occurs when PBI Desktop is maximized on the left screen, the name of the visual appears on the left side of the right screen. My current setup is two monitors connected to a laptop - the left monitor is number 2 and the right number 3.
