direct link to content pack

We should have the ability to send a direct url to a user who wants to add a content pack. Currently I have to "train" the user to find content packs through the multi-step process. It would be great to have a single url for a content pack - then I can embed that url in a mail; or an internal website or anywhere else its relevant.
