dashboard is shared outside the organization. User receives an email but still can't access the dashboard as it gives an access error

I created dashboard using xyz@tfayd.com (author). When I share the dashboard outside my organization to my boss (abc@ey.com), an email is sent but the user can't see the dashboard You don't have access to this dashboard There was an error processing the invitation Please try again later or contact support. We are also having this error and another one when sharing our dashboards to someone outside our organization.
