This would be an excellent feature to add! We rely solely on embed for our internal BI uses and this would be a complete game changer. I would say this is one of the biggest hiccups to adoption on our end.

The ability to copy a visual as an image is now supported when embedding for your organization. Make sure the embedded reports have the copying capability enabled, as explained here.
We are also working to enable this ability for the embedding for your customers scenario.

I work for a provincial government, creating data products that can be consumed by the public. In many cases the goal is greater dissemination of the data, yet the frustrating restrictions of not being able to copy a visual other than printscreen or screengrab prohibit greater knowledge sharing. The case is that we do the lifting as a small team so that many local governments who don't have the capacity to create such visualization can review their data and make data-informed decisions. Many of these decisions occur during council meetings & presentations, so they can't bring a PowerBI report. Rather, they need a copy of a particular visual to paste into a presentation or briefing note. Copying a visual for an embedded report is necessary for enabling better decision making the world over.

"Copy visual as image" feature available for the report in the Power BI service where as it is not available for embedded report. Need to implement "Copy visual as image" feature in the embedded report

I was wondering if there is any progress on this? @nishalit (why doesn't the @ work???) says - We are also working to enable this ability for the embedding for your customers scenario. My clients would be so so happy if this was enabled - it'd be a real game changer. For 8 years they have had to use Snipping Tool!
