Columns order in table are not refreshed after changes made in query editor. Even if column order are changed in query editor, but the columns in report area table still stay as the old order unless disable the table load and then re-enable the load.

- isy_icegirl_666New MemberYes! That should definitely be changed. Why should I change the order in the first place, when it is not updated in the report area? Or there should be a possibility to change the columns in the Report view directly.

It's really necessary to prioritize this ticket!. Not being able to sort columns limits the use of the UNION function in DAX.

- usermassaRegular VisitorYes!! I have to manually select my columns in the order that i need after import it which is very time consuming
- gbakerNew MemberReally annoying for datasets with many columns - Power Query is great but table viewer not useful at all really for analysts and adds time/complication for developers.
- DaddyVdubNew MemberWhat an oversite for such a common expectation. Why have the ability in power query if it is a complete waste of time??? This apparently does not get voted on because M$ could give a rats ... about the details. Ooooh look it's pretty and does stuff and sounds good according to marketing. Does it improve efficiency? No, as a matter of fact it will waste hours and even days of work because of lack of planning and follow through during development and testing.
