change button slicer selected item color

can we please have the option to change the button slicer when an item is selected. It looks nice to have button in black background color but it looks extremely stupid to have the button text in dark grey (see below image),

given that there's control associated to it, just not working. is this a bug? if yes, please fix it.

This does seem like a bug, I try applying a colour to that control and it's immediately removed. Version: 2.140.1577.0 64-bit (February 2025). I have pages made in previous versions that have a colour set there. Selecting a colour just re-applies the colour that is already set. Applying colour in Values with the matching control works fine.
