If you got a text field with carriage returns when donwloading a csv from a table visualization, PowerBI creates an additional row per carriage return. The option in query editor replacing values - special characters - carriage return doesnt remove the carriage returns values from the field. This should be fixed. If PowerBI works with carriage return in texts you shoud be able to remove it, if it doesnt, it shouldnt exist in the csv downloaded.
