add sum and average to how many rows and distinct values when displaying a table

When in the Data view, and after selecting a column, desktop displays how many rows, and how many distinct values for a column. Would be nice to add sum and average of values, to allow some sniff testing of data. As it was, I had to copy the table using the dropdown, then paste into Excel. I expect this wouldn't work very well if the table had been huge.
