add Description field to workspace listing view

workspace reports/objects have a Description field under the individual item setting. However, there is no way to display this into the workspace listing view. This is important to provide the users with report name and some description to assist them in navigating the correct report.

Also add this description field to org apps, and make the description available in the workspace app (possibly via a tooltip over the item?). In a data product world, these finer details are becoming big issues, especially in large enterprises.
